About Ride X Taxi

Who we are

Ride X Taxi is a locally owned and operated taxi dispatch serving Chicago’s north, northwest and southwest suburbs. We arrange flat-rate rides to and from O’Hare and Midway, and local rides around the suburbs during the day, all booked online or in the app so you see the price before you pay. A car is assigned before you travel and we text you updates on the day.

How the service works

Ride X Taxi, Inc. is a dispatch service only. We dispatch rides to independent owner-operators who provide their own vehicles, equipment, and insurance policies. Policy limits are currently $350,000 per policy, above the State of Illinois minimum. Ride X Taxi, Inc. has no liability for the actions of any of the independent owner-operators who subscribe to its dispatch service.
